Role Description This position is National Remote. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. The System Data Integrations Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and usability of enterprise item master and integrated system data that supports procurement, charging, charting, and financial reporting workflows. This role ensures that item data is structured, categorized, and configured correctly across ERP and downstream systems so that clinical, operational, and financial processes function as intended. The Analyst applies working knowledge of item master governance, spend categorization, unit-of-measure structures, and charging vs. charting logic to maintain compliant and revenue‑accurate system integrations. This role plays a critical operational control function by preventing mis‑classified spend, incorrect patient charges, revenue leakage, and system rejections caused by incorrect data alignment. The position operates within established data governance standards and collaborates closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and IT partners. This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple business functions. • Develop and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, or Cognos. • Perform data analysis to identify trends, business opportunities, operational gaps, and performance improvements. • Define, track, and monitor KPIs and business metrics to support strategic objectives. • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, Program, and Business teams to deliver analytics and reporting solutions. • Conduct root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for business challenges. • Support healthcare analytics, pricing analysis, operational reporting, and business performance initiatives. • Build and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting purposes. • Ensure data governance, data quality, security, and compliance standards are maintained. • Drive reporting automation and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity. • Prepare executive dashboards, presentations, and analytical insights for leadership teams. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, stakeholder meetings, sprint planning, and requirement discussions.

• Support Cost Managers in maintaining accurate and consistent cost data structures across multiple active projects. • Aggregate, clean, and analyze project cost data to support forecasting, reporting, and decision-making. • Prepare corporate reporting materials, including dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries for senior leadership. • Conduct benchmarking analysis by comparing cost and schedule data across projects, regions, and scopes to identify trends, variances, and key drivers. • Assist in establishing and maintaining cost baselines and unit rate libraries for key data center construction components (e.g., MEP systems, structural, and site work). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project and corporate standards. • Support development of data visualization tools and dashboards to enhance transparency and usability of cost data. • Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources, ensuring integrity and reliability of reporting outputs. • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from project teams and senior leadership. • Effectively communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Conduct all work with a high level of integrity and attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive financial data.
