Role Description The Analyst II plays an active role in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of clinical applications. This role involves working independently on complex tasks such as: - System upgrades - Process improvements - Intermediate-level troubleshooting The Analyst II may lead smaller projects or components of larger projects and is often responsible for: - Coordinating with other departments - Training and guiding Level I analysts - Contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to clinical applications This specific position is responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing our Microsoft 365 products as well as other communication tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the following products: - Microsoft 365 applications - Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Admin Center - Exchange Company Description

Role Description The Senior Epic Digital Scheduling/Patient Access Analyst provides an intermediate to advanced level of operational and application build in completing routine and occasionally more sophisticated assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes.
