Role Description This is a high-output, short-term 2-week project focused on standardising and validating records using AI-assisted tools. We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to join a fast-paced data alignment initiative across clinical, pharmacy, and laboratory datasets. All selected candidates will work within a structured workflow to validate a target of a minimum of 3,000 records per day. This project is open to medical students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals in healthcare-related disciplines. - Laboratory Scientist (Medical Data) - Validate laboratory and diagnostic data using LOINC coding standards - Correct errors in AI-generated suggestions via the dedicated data portal - Pharmacy Specialist - Map and validate medication data using RxNorm standards - Review and correct AI-generated pharmacy-related patient records - Clinical Specialist (Doctor) - Assign and validate ICD-10 diagnostic codes - Review and refine prediction engine outputs for clinical accuracy - Project Supervisor (Senior Clinical Reviewer) - Perform a mandatory 25% audit of all daily record batches - Oversee quality assurance across specialist outputs - Resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity Qualifications - Relevant qualification (Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Lab Scientist, or related clinical field) - Exposure to clinical coding systems (ICD-10, LOINC, RxNorm) - Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency when handling large volumes of data - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail - Digitally proficient, with experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data management tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver within strict deadlines - Comfort working with AI-assisted workflows and structured digital tools - Availability for the full duration of the 2-week project, including weekends - Commitment to data privacy, confidentiality, and integrity Benefits - This is a performance-driven, paid gig that offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a dynamic and diverse team Company Description Helium Health is an equal opportunity employer, thus it is not biased in its employment to any race, colour, creed, religion, sex or physical disability.
