Systems and Integrations Manager

GMH Communities

• Integrate new properties with the software platform • Spearhead data and PMS migration upon sale/transfer of assets. • Act as a supervisory point of contact for user questions to ensure they are addressed and/or tickets are submitted or escalated • Supervise the ticket system and oversee KPI’s for the Systems Specialist • Responsible for operating MRI, Yardi, Entrata, Bluemoon, and Funnel but not limited to other system oversight relating to both operational and leasing needs and integrations • Work with the Director of Innovation to escalate any systems issues • Maintain GMH standards and process in the property management system • Implement new techniques and capabilities within the platform as they become available • Collaborate with Director of Innovation & VP of Leasing and Operations to create SOPs and support development of e-learning content, training events, and modifications to current learning programs • Prepare and ensure accurate and timely property reporting • Assist on billing errors, audits, real time data, and financial reporting when it pertains to the system • Update and maintain user database • Oversee and manage the Systems Specialist role

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with student/multi-family housing software, including Entrata & Yardi
  • 5+ years of experience in a management/education role with a proven track record of achievements
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have good communication and people skills, coupled with an ability to educate
  • Must be able to accommodate and work through multiple tasks while maintaining efficiency over assigned tasks
  • A passion to serve and grow colleagues & team members

This is an exciting time to join the growing collectibles space. This is a high-impact role where your analysis of brand health and customer sentiment will directly influence key marketing, product and business decisions. The ideal candidate will have broad methodological experience, with a strong quantitative background. Experience with MaxDiffs, conjoints, segmentations a plus. - Technical Proficiency: Experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer, etc.) and familiarity with statistical software (SPSS, DisplayR, Q, etc.) - Attention to Detail: Ensures good data hygiene when launching surveys or compiling data (for example, when managing survey logic proofing, link testing and QA) - Analytical Mindset: An ability to look at a dataset and see the narrative, not just the numbers.
