Job Description

Senior Full Stack Engineer

Shuru

• Own and build production systems end to end - backend, frontend, data layer, and infrastructure. • Design and implement AI-powered workflows using LLMs, retrieval systems, and automation pipelines. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and deployment automation. • Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting so the systems you build stay healthy in production. • Integrate with third-party APIs and enterprise systems (CRMs, messaging platforms, identity providers). • Translate ambiguous requirements into shipped product - you don't wait for a perfect spec.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years building and shipping production systems at scale.
  • Proven 0→1 experience - you've taken something from blank page to real users.
  • Full-stack range: comfortable across data, backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
  • DevOps fluency: containerisation, CI/CD, cloud services (AWS preferred), IaC.
  • Working experience with AI/ML in production - you have opinions on when to fine-tune vs. prompt vs. orchestrate.
  • Fluent with modern AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and can ship fast with them.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals from a reputed engineering program.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work with a team of experienced product and tech leaders.
  • A flexible work environment with remote working options.
  • Continuous learning and development opportunities.
  • Chance to make a significant impact on diverse and innovative projects.
