Communications Intern

Knewin

• Create content for clients; • Identify and resolve bottlenecks with clients and the Customer Success team; • Perform client verification in accordance with applicable legislation; • Proofread and edit texts; • Read and interpret client briefings; • Support the development of solutions and tools using AI.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Communication degree (Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields) or in Languages/Literature, from the 2nd semester onward;
  • Available to work Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Resilience to handle crises and resolve them;
  • Teamwork to achieve metrics;
  • Organized and focused to manage a high volume of information;
  • Communicative and empathetic;
  • Teamwork to achieve goals;
  • Knowledge in Journalism;
  • Interest in learning more about Content Production, Text Editing/Proofreading, and Artificial Intelligence tools.

Role Description The Communications Specialist is responsible for delivering superior customer service and communication to clients, patients, staff, and referring veterinarians. This role requires excellent judgment and decision-making skills in triaging client calls, scheduling appointments with clinical specialists, and determining appropriate actions.
