Compliance Oversight Manager

• Oversee high-priority compliance inspections and reports • Manage a team of 15 to 20 individuals performing inspection deliverables • Transform inspection data into litigation-ready reports • Ensure 100% evidentiary integrity through refined review protocols • Apply a litigation-informed lens to documentation to eliminate reporting vulnerabilities • Standardize interview methodologies to reduce remediation cycles • Synthesize data into high-level risk insight reports with actionable recommendations • Lead the review and validation of inspection reports • Identify inconsistencies across inspection activities and guide corrective action • Coach inspection teams on compliance and evidentiary proof.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a civil litigator or legal project manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree or Juris Doctor (J.D.) is preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in high-level compliance, legal review, or federal oversight
- Expert technical writer
- Proven ability to turn raw data into persuasive, fact-based narratives
- Strong organizational skills and ability in managing people
- Commitment to providing and receiving continuous feedback
- Proven expertise in managing quality control for compliance reports, performance audits, or inspections
- Advanced ability to identify evidentiary gaps and synthesize raw data into narratives
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Ability to read and speak English
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or French is a plus
- Must successfully pass a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) public trust fitness screening.
