• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite implementation projects, including scoping, resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, assess project risks, and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines, and ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals. • Lead project kickoff meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions to establish project governance, roles and responsibilities, and communication protocols. • Manage project resources, including internal project teams, consultants, and third-party vendors, to ensure optimal utilization and productivity. • Monitor project progress, track milestones and deliverables, and identify and mitigate risks and issues to keep projects on track and within budget. • Conduct regular status meetings, steering committee meetings, and executive updates to provide visibility into project health, progress, and next steps. • Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication, to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite solutions. • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement. • Drive post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture feedback, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead all aspects of project management (permitting), including client management and business development.
