Affiliate Relationship Manager
Binance
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners • Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution • Monitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities • Handle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal • Design and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates • Analyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to improve overall ecosystem efficiency • Identify and prevent potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources • Maintain strong market awareness of competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends • Support affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long-term relationship development
Job Requirements
- Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries
- Familiar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management
- Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends
- Commercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns
- Strong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activities
- Cross-cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred
- Patient, stable, and long-term relationship oriented
- Strong service mindset and partnership mentality
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal sensitivity
- Able to detect early signals of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Trading or quantitative trading background (Nice to Have)
- Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence (Nice to Have)
- Experience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems (Nice to Have)
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional EU languages would be an advantage.
