• Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen hauptsächlich telefonisch und Sicherstellung einer professionellen Customer Experience • Bearbeitung schriftlicher Kundenanfragen während der verfügbaren Servicezeiten • Unterstützung bei Terminvereinbarungen, Terminänderungen und Stornierungen im Zusammenhang mit Installationsservices • Erste Unterstützung bei einfachen Fragen zu Rauchmeldern (kein technischer Hintergrund erforderlich) • Unterstützung bei Rechnungsanfragen und Erklärung von Rechnungspositionen • Unterstützung von Kunden bei Fragen zum Kundenportal • Koordination von Terminen für Zählerablesungen • Allgemeine Bearbeitung servicebezogener Kundenanfragen • Sicherstellung eines hochwertigen Kundenservices ohne Verkaufsaktivitäten

Job Requirements

  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem oder fließendem Niveau (C1/C2) in Wort und Schrift
  • Erste Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundenservice oder starke Motivation für Inbound Customer Support
  • Stabile Internetverbindung und Stromversorgung für Remote-Arbeit (Speedtest erforderlich)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und digitalen Kommunikationstools
  • Geduldige, serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit klarer und strukturierter Kommunikation
  • Zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Bereitschaft zur Bearbeitung auch schriftlicher Kundenanfragen
  • Interesse an einer langfristigen Tätigkeit im Kundenservice (kein Interesse an Sales-Projekten)
