• The Account Executive serves as the face of Burwood for our customers, business partners, and the broader community. • This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through partner-led and co-sell motions, with a strong emphasis on Google Higher Education and Public Sector markets. • You will develop executive-level relationships, lead strategic account planning, and collaborate closely with internal teams and technology partners to help customers achieve their goals through innovative Google and partner-led technology solutions. • Ownership of sales strategy and deal execution from initial engagement through close. • Community and ecosystem engagement through industry events, partner programs, conferences, and networking opportunities. • Leadership and participation in Quarterly and Periodic Business Reviews (QBRs/PBRs) that drive measurable client outcomes.

• Provide critical architectural, engineering, and deployment support activities for Cisco Unified contact center • Focus on contact center architecture, upgrades, and migration activities • Planning and executing upgrade and migration activities for Cisco Contact Center environments • Designing, building, and deploying Webex Contact Center (WxCC) solutions

• Deliver enterprise networking solutions focusing on Aruba/HPE campus networking (Route/Switch/Wireless) • Design and implement wired and wireless network solutions using Aruba technologies • Execute hands-on deployment of Aruba UBT • Troubleshoot complex networking issues across L2/L3 routing and switching • Develop and deliver technology solutions for customers • Act as a mentor and provide technical guidance to peers • Stay current on market trends, technologies, and best practices

• Act as the hands-on technical lead for client delivery projects, architecting and implementing secure, scalable, and robust Google Cloud solutions • Write, test, and deploy robust, modular, and scalable infrastructure using production-grade Terraform or OpenTofu • Lead the design and deployment of foundational cloud infrastructure required for enterprise AI workloads • Lead technical discussions with a variety of client stakeholders ranging from central IT and research teams to non-technical project sponsors • Work closely with internal and client Project Managers to ensure milestones are met • Serve as a technical mentor to Consultants and Associate Consultants on the team

• Execute technical requirements and build secure, scalable environments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and Terraform • Support the management of existing CI/CD pipelines • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads on Kubernetes (GKE) • Implement GCP networking configurations and apply IAM roles and policies • Assist Senior Consultants in provisioning cloud infrastructure for AI workloads • Collaborate seamlessly with internal Project Managers and Senior technical staff

• Develop and deliver dynamic and informative training for clients. • Conduct assessments to determine training needs. • Design comprehensive training solutions to meet client needs. • Align technologies and processes/workflows. • Design and develop training content for clients. • Deliver training, both in person and online. • Provide supervision and guidance on training project implementation to the Training Lead, SME, or Program Manager.

• Serving as an expert in Burwood’s Enterprise Networking solutions • Leading the architectural and strategic planning process for clients • Collaborating closely with Burwood and partner sales teams • Building strong, ongoing relationships at all levels of client organizations • Providing technical oversight and subject matter expertise across the portfolio • Acting as a mentor, coach, and escalation point for team members • Delivering architectural guidance and consultative support across the full solution lifecycle • Partnering with Practice Leadership to develop team capabilities • Driving process improvements, delivery efficiency, and practice profitability

• Serving as an expert in Burwood’s Enterprise Networking solutions and partnering with Sales and Marketing to craft go-to-market offerings and scope for new opportunities • Leading the architectural and strategic planning process for clients, including defining requirements, creating scoping documents, and mapping tools, processes, and services to their strategic business and IT initiatives • Collaborating closely with Burwood and partner sales teams to identify and advance Enterprise Networking opportunities using a consultative, customer-focused approach • Building strong, ongoing relationships at all levels of client organizations, becoming a trusted advisor for all Enterprise Networking technologies • Providing technical oversight and subject matter expertise across the Enterprise Networking portfolio—from initial engagement through solution design, delivery guidance, and hand-off to project teams • Acting as a mentor, coach, and escalation point for Enterprise Networking Practice team members • Delivering architectural guidance and consultative support across the full solution lifecycle, from high-level roadmaps to assessments and hands-on implementation planning • Partnering with Practice Leadership to develop team capabilities and ensure alignment with Burwood’s Secure Networking strategy and portfolio • Driving process improvements, delivery efficiency, and practice profitability

• Design, develop, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets based on business requirements • Build and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M) • Implement row-level security (RLS) and ensure appropriate access controls • Improve report performance, refresh reliability, and usability • Translate loosely defined requirements into clear, actionable analytics • Integrate Power BI with SharePoint, Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse as required • Support embedded Power BI and cross-workspace reporting scenarios • Provide recommendations on Power Platform best practices and architecture • Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams during the contract period • Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and handoff at project milestones • Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI–related issues efficiently
