Role Description This role is structured as an elite, one-year educational fellowship. Our client is looking for rigorous, deliberate practitioners who view learning through an analytical lens. - Targeted 1:1 Instruction: Deliver approximately 3 hours daily of high-fidelity, individualized virtual mathematics instruction to a dedicated cohort of 3rd and 4th-grade students. - Curriculum Design & Diagnostics: Diagnose student mathematical misconceptions and strengths in real time. Prescribe and deploy custom, fluid learning pathways rooted in established cognitive research. - Metacognitive Documentation: Dedicate roughly 60 minutes daily to structured reflection, logging detailed "decision journals" after every session. Track micro-data regarding student cognitive states, instructional interventions, and data-driven adjustments. - Institutional Collaboration: Participate actively in observation, clinical peer reviews, and ongoing feedback cycles alongside an expert team of researchers and data scientists. Exceptional fellows will have the opportunity to step into lead instructor capacities as the cohort expands.
