Marketing Intern

• Support the execution and monitoring of outbound marketing campaigns and nurture sequences • Assist with data hygiene efforts in our marketing automation and CRM systems, including list management, deduplication, and field accuracy • Pull and organize campaign performance reports, helping the team track key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversation rates • Help maintain and WA landing pages, forms, and email templates in Pardot • Conduct research on audience segments, competitor campaigns, and market trends to inform campaign strategy • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations and Growth Marketing teams on ad hoc projects as needed • Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values • Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies • Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements • Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Genuinely interested in the data and operations side of marketing – you like knowing why something worked, not just that it worked
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and learning new software platforms quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with data or proofreading campaign assets
  • Clear written communicator who can summarize findings and flag issues concisely
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus, but not required – we’ll teach you
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
