• Conduzir a engenharia de requisitos para projetos de dados, elaborando Especificações Funcionais e Técnicas com foco em valor de negócio, regras de transformação, critérios de aceite e rastreabilidade das informações. • Atuar no levantamento e mapeamento de processos complexos junto às áreas de negócio, identificando fluxos, exceções, dependências e oportunidades de melhoria por meio de frameworks como BPMN, SIPOC e UML. • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas escaláveis para times de engenharia e analytics, garantindo alinhamento entre stakeholders funcionais e técnicos. • Definir e documentar arquiteturas de consumo de dados, incluindo modelagem dimensional, definição de grão, tabelas fato e dimensões em estruturas Star Schema e Snowflake. • Apoiar iniciativas de BI e DataViz, estruturando frameworks de consumo e visualização de dados em ferramentas corporativas como Power BI. • Realizar análises e validações de dados utilizando SQL para exploração, homologação, cruzamento de informações e validação de hipóteses. • Atuar em ambientes ágeis, participando da quebra de Features em User Stories, refinamentos, planejamento de entregas e acompanhamento contínuo entre negócio e engenharia. • Facilitar discussões entre diferentes áreas da empresa para alinhamento conceitual de indicadores, métricas e regras de negócio. • Assumir postura consultiva, questionando demandas e propondo soluções que atendam ao problema raiz do negócio, garantindo entregas com impacto e valor agregado. • Liderar processos de descoberta de informação em ambientes complexos, incluindo sistemas legados e cenários com pouca documentação.
Job Requirements
- Experiência sólida em Engenharia de Requisitos para Dados, incluindo elaboração de Especificações Funcionais e Técnicas.
- Conhecimento avançado em modelagem de dados e conceitos de Data Warehousing, utilizando metodologias Kimball e Inmon.
- Vivência com modelagem dimensional e construção de arquiteturas analíticas (Star Schema e Snowflake).
- Experiência em mapeamento de processos e levantamento de requisitos utilizando BPMN, SIPOC, UML ou frameworks similares.
- Conhecimento em ecossistemas Big Data e plataformas de processamento de dados, como Databricks.
- Experiência com ferramentas de BI e visualização de dados, especialmente Power BI.
- Conhecimento em SQL para análise, validação e homologação de dados.
- Vivência em metodologias ágeis (Scrum) e integração contínua dentro de ambientes DevOps.
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação para interação com públicos executivos, áreas de negócio e times técnicos.
- Habilidade de negociação, gestão de conflitos e alinhamento entre múltiplos stakeholders.
