As a Medicare Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in guiding underserved populations through the complexities of Medicare, helping them understand and secure the best benefits for their needs. Responsibilities: - Manage the full prospective beneficiary cycle, including lead generation, relationship building, securing the Scope of Appointment, presenting product options, converting sales, and nurturing long-term relationships with Medicare beneficiaries. - Meet daily outbound call goals to engage prospective beneficiaries, assess their eligibility, determine their needs, and secure the Scope of Appointment. - Use a consultative sales approach to provide personalized plan presentations, address challenges, and close sales over the phone, ensuring beneficiaries feel confident in their choices. - Educate prospective beneficiaries on Medicare options, guide them through the enrollment process, and answer product or service-related questions professionally and promptly. - Develop and secure partnerships with community organizations and providers to create new opportunities for membership growth, reflecting our commitment to LOVE our communities. - Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to report on individual production and team progress. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on business activities, productivity, forecasting, and sales analysis, supporting your professional GROWTH within the organization. - Stay informed about competitors and market trends to ensure you’re offering beneficiaries the most relevant and competitive solutions, continuing to LEARN and adapt in an evolving market.
Job Requirements
- ● Minimum two (2) years of successful Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience in a call center setting with a background in Medicare products.
- ● Ability to work as an independent self-starter part of a team
- ● Bi-lingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other languages
- ● Proficiency in effective verbal and written communication skills
- ● Effective computer and application knowledge of Client Relationship Management systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, Health plan portals, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office suite Microsoft Word.
- ● Be a captive agent
- ● Current knowledge of CMS regulations related to marketing, benefits, enrollment and other guidelines as governed by regulatory agencies.
- Preferred:
- ● Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration
- ● Product and Benefit training and/or other CMS required courses

Role Description Acquires skillset and knowledge of PBM and mail order resources, within their respective platforms, to effectively answer and document member related inquiries, complete eligibility updates and service member and client requests in an accurate and efficient manner. Entry level position. Works under direct supervision following standard procedures and best practices to accomplish assigned tasks, undergoing job training, assisting staff members to complete daily duties and works toward answering incoming and making outbound calls independently. Provide support as needed to peers, leaders and other ProAct administrative resources. Responsibilities - Help Desk phone coverage for incoming calls, outbound calls and directing incoming calls to appropriate staff members. - Understand, master and gain efficiency in systems leveraged by the Help Desk. - Provide Help Desk resolution of customer service issues to ensure complete client satisfaction. - Provide Help Desk resolution of Pharmacy Network problems to ensure complete client satisfaction. - Assist with and adopt readiness for the startup of new clients including new group enrollments, changes, and deletions. - Assist with on-site client orientation, health fairs and business conferences as needed. - Assist with on-site resolution of customer service issues to clients as needed. - Perform office duties as needed (includes copying, collating, mailings, filing, credit cards). - Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs. - Perform other duties as assigned.
