Tech Lead (ARIP- Experience)

Makro PRO

Role Description Senior technical leader for ARIP Layer 6 — 10 persona-facing surfaces including Builder Studio (E-08, Wave 1), Supplier Portal (E-03, Wave 2), Workbenches, Exec Dashboard, Governance Console (12 modules), and Copilot. Owns front-end architecture, ARIP design system, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, client-side performance SLOs, and partnership with UX Designer. Leads 1–2 Senior SWEs and 1 UX Designer. Remote candidates outside of Thailand are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities - Own Layer 6 reference architecture: front-end framework (React / Next.js), state management, design system, API layer; author ADRs; participate in Architecture Review Board. - Deliver Builder Studio (E-08) MVP at Wave 1 launch (pre-Oct 2026) for P7 Vichit — agent scaffold, eval harness integration, deploy to staging runtime. - Lead Supplier Portal (E-03) web + mobile for Wave 2 (Oct 2026–Mar 2027), targeting ≥60% supplier onboarding-time reduction. - Build Workbench surfaces (E-01/02/04/06) across W2–W4; Exec Dashboard (E-05) with Causal Insight in W3; Governance Console (E-09, 12 modules) incrementally. - Establish and own ARIP design system + component library; mandate WCAG 2.2 AA across all surfaces with CI gates for accessibility regressions. - Own client-side performance SLOs (LCP P75 < 2.5s, INP, CLS) and client-side observability (Sentry / Datadog RUM). Qualifications - 8+ years front-end engineering. - 3+ years as Tech Lead / Staff owning multi-surface production platforms (3+ distinct surfaces). - Production React / Next.js at staff level; TypeScript; design system / component library ownership at scale with semver versioning. - Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) embedded in production CI gates — not advisory; runs a11y audits, trains engineering team. - Mobile experience: at least one production mobile-parity surface (web mobile + RN or native); performance discipline (LCP / INP / CLS / bundle budgets). - AI / Copilot surface design preferred (Builder Studio, Governance Console analogues); front-end observability (error tracking, RUM) in production. - Calibre: Staff/Principal Front-End Engineer from Agoda, Grab, Shopee, LINE MAN Wongnai, or international platform with multi-surface product experience.
