• Manage the Request for Proposal Process including but limited to: • Gathering necessary marketing materials needed for a clean quote submission from our broker partners. • Prepare RFP and send to carriers, using appropriate tools such as Excel or other rating engines • Collaborating and negotiating with carriers on quotes • Organizing all data into a marketing analysis format • Provide broker partners with a recommendation driven by RFP analysis • Ensure all client data is entered into the appropriate system in a timely manner and that documents are stored appropriately in file system • Understand, interpret and articulate carrier and vendor responses to broker partners • Develop effective relationships with broker partners and carrier contacts • Deliver sold case notice to appropriate carriers when coverage moves/sells

• Aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers; • Posting vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media; • Screening resumes; • Contacting candidates and scheduling interviews; • Conducting in-person and online interviews; • Administering tests and behavioral assessments; • Preparing candidate evaluation reports; • Monitoring recruitment metrics; • Supporting onboarding processes and integration of new employees.

• Gerenciar a operação da squad, garantindo padronização de atendimento, fluxos, metodologias e documentações; • Realizar gestão da fila de chamados, acompanhando distribuição, performance operacional e financeira dos atendimentos; • Monitorar indicadores como SLA, aging, interações, horas gastas e status dos tickets; • Recepcionar, triar e direcionar chamados aos consultores conforme disponibilidade e criticidade; • Atuar no acompanhamento diário dos atendimentos, promovendo alinhamentos entre cliente e consultores; • Apoiar resolução de acessos e ferramentas (VPN, SAP, LiveOps e ITSM), além da integração entre sistemas do cliente e da Seidor; • Apoiar onboarding de novos recursos e participar de reuniões operacionais e de tratativas críticas.
