PV Project Director

ERGOMED

• Management and support of a team of Project Managers. • Ensuring that all contracted activities performed on behalf of PrimeVigilance clients are delivered within budget and are on time with good quality and in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements. • Support project teams as PV expert on all contracted activities performed on behalf of PrimeVigilance clients, as necessary. • Providing support to Business Unit Leads, Head of Global PM department and senior leadership management, as applicable, in other activities undertaken on behalf of the client and the company. • Oversee management of changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs, as applicable. • Maintaining good client relations and ensuring a consistently high quality of work for each client. • Being involved in issue escalation process, as applicable. • Understand client PV requirements and ensure service provided addresses all requirements. • Overseeing and monitoring Project set-up and maintenance activities planning; attending client meetings, as required. • Having an overview of deliverables to the clients. • Being involved in tasks to be delivered to the client, as applicable. • Oversight on all issues communication with clients. • Overseeing training of project teams. • Provide soft skill and technical skill development to grow the PM team talent. • Support Business Development by assisting with resource planning. • Monitor and/or manage assigned studies as needed according to all applicable SOPs, regulations, and guidelines. • Establish strong professional relationships with colleagues by building trust, open communication, and managing day-to day operational issues. • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients; ensure the same from the Project Managers. • Review and approve requests from PMs for time off and support Project Management coverage plan.

Job Requirements

  • Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing or other healthcare-related qualification.

Associate Director of Civic Engagement - Hybrid Sacramento, CA Sacramento, CA Full Time Mid Level Association’s Mission: California Primary Care Association's (CPCA's) mission is to lead and position community clinics, health centers and networks through advocacy, education, and services as key players in the health care delivery system to improve the health status of their communities. Purpose of Position: The Associate Director of Civic Engagement and Community Affairs will provide strategic support and oversight to CPCA’s statewide community health center (CHC) civic engagement initiatives. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and expansion of CPCA’s civic engagement framework to ensure increased and sustained participation in advocacy, voter engagement, and public health initiatives among CHCs, Regional Clinic Consortia, and community-based organizations. The Associate Director will lead on drafting and communicating out the actions and needs of the organization and support strategic communications. Primary Responsibilities: - Support the Association with internal and external communication development, which may include e-communications, newsletters, blogs, vlogs, podcasts, videos, publications, and other copywriting. - Provide ongoing communication support to the Association’s senior leadership, which may include the development of correspondence, speech writing, presentations, fact sheets, and visuals. - Support the advocacy strategy of the Association and its affiliate organization, CPCA Advocates, which seeks to influence state and federal public policy through the mobilization of community health centers advocates. - Support and execute a strategic plan to expand CPCA’s civic engagement infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policy priorities. - Support the implementation of strategic communications that support the goals of the organization utilizing paid and earned media efforts. - Foster partnerships with national, state, and local organizations to enhance civic engagement efforts, voter mobilization strategies, and advocacy programs within CHCs. - Lead the integration of CPCA’s policy goals with civic engagement strategies, working closely with the Government Affairs team and external policy experts. - Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to build civic engagement capacity among health center staff, leadership, and patient communities. - Support and manage grant-funded initiatives, ensuring compliance with deliverables, reporting requirements, and financial oversight. - Represent CPCA at high-level meetings, coalitions, and conferences to promote civic engagement initiatives and advocate for policies supporting CHCs and underserved communities. - Work closely with the Training and Marketing teams to coordinate communications efforts and influence the Association’s overall communications strategy. - Support the development and delivery of projects, programs and technical assistance. - Provide accurate and timely technical assistance by learning specific areas of content and serving as a resource to health centers. - Other duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities: - Support the Association’s Strategic Plan - Respond promptly and thoroughly to member inquiries. - Assist with grant and budget management, contract development and reporting. - Serve as lead staff to designated peer networks, work groups, task forces and committees. - Serve as a subject‑matter resource, providing guidance and sharing expertise with team members. - High levels of interaction with association members, vendors, and strategic partners. - Travel for national and regional meetings, trainings, and site visits by air and ground transportation, as required. - Report regularly to supervisor. Skills and Abilities Required: - Strong knowledge of voter engagement strategies, community organizing, and advocacy within healthcare or nonprofit sectors. - Experience in policy analysis, government relations, and legislative advocacy. - Work collaboratively with multi-departmental teams. - Strong presentation and written communication skills. - Effective interpersonal and professional skills when engaging with Association membership and Board of Directors, vendors and partners. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications and platforms. - Solid problem solving, critical thinking, organization and time management. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in legislative and/or related government activity, political leadership, or equivalent experience required. An understanding of healthcare issues in California and how federal policy impacts health-related issues preferred. Experience with community health centers, member-driven associations, or non-profit organizations preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirement. Compensation: $84,124 - $89,382 Recruiting Process: Candidates selected to advance to an initial interview will be asked to submit a writing sample in advance.
