• Execute high-volume backend operational workflows across customer accounts • Upload and manage customer documentation within the platform • Update appointment reminders and operational system records • Process operational tickets submitted by the Customer Success team • Maintain accuracy and consistency across operational data workflows • Collaborate with operations leadership to map customer workflows • Document repeatable operational processes and SOPs • Maintain and update internal documentation as workflows evolve • Identify repetitive operational tasks suitable for automation • Surface automation opportunities to engineering stakeholders • Support operational efficiency improvements through workflow analysis • Utilize basic automation tools or scripting where applicable • Coordinate ticket intake from Customer Success teams • Communicate operational updates asynchronously across teams • Partner with engineering teams on automation handoffs

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, implementation, customer operations, or backend operational support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience handling repetitive, high-volume operational workflows
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently within small, async-first startup environments
  • Strong pattern recognition and process improvement mindset
  • Ability to commit to long-term US business hour overlap
  • Comfortable working in execution-heavy operational environments
  • Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
  • Basic scripting experience using Python or JavaScript
  • Experience in SaaS operations, implementation, or customer onboarding environments
  • Experience documenting SOPs or operational workflows

Role Description The FERC Supervisor coordinates and provides direct supervision of the day-to-day operations of a front-end revenue cycle team in one or more outpatient sites. The responsibilities will also include scheduling, coaching, training, and mentoring to assure proper data flow and resource utilization. Tracks ongoing team performance as it relates to claim work queues, productivity, and data integrity. Ensures staff members maintain a thorough knowledge of billing procedures and registration collection. Participates with other peers and higher management in department planning and budgetary processes. The FERC supervisor also has the ability to implement changes in procedures at their discretion. The FERC office supervisor will work collaboratively with RGMG administration and site practice managers to ensure that Access Associates support the efficient and effective operation of the office. In addition to revenue cycle activities, Access Associates serve important hospitality and safety functions. They must exhibit excellent customer service to help ensure high patient satisfaction. Though not clinically trained, Access Associates must also diligently monitor the waiting areas and have a high degree of sensitivity to any expression of distress by those at our doors or within our centers, and respond assertively in communicating with clinical personnel to quickly evaluate anyone expressing (verbally or non-verbally) such distress.
