Job Requirements
- MA, MS, MD, DO, or equivalent degree
- 15+ years of experience in ophthalmology, with leadership roles in clinical development and medical affairs
- Demonstrated success in supporting product launches
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across medical and commercial functions
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical operations
- The role requires the ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including domestic and possible international trips.
