Job Description Position Overview The Finance Manager for East Coast TV Production is a key member of the Rockefeller Centers Operations finance team, responsible for supporting live production across a ~$100MM+ operating cost portfolio. This role combines operational finance responsibilities with a focus on improving visibility into key cost drivers and business performance. The Finance Manager will support enhancements to reporting frameworks, help improve data quality, and contribute to automation efforts across systems. The role partners closely with Production Operations, FP&A, IT, and Data teams to deliver actionable insights that inform day-to-day decisions. The position offers broad exposure to NBCUniversal production environments including TODAY, Nightly News, NBC News Now, The Tonight Show, Late Night and Saturday Night Live while enabling data-driven decision-making in a complex, high-volume operational setting. Role Description We are hiring a high-impact individual contributor to lead market-informed pricing and packaging for a rapidly scaling business. This role will shape how we understand customer willingness to pay, define value-based packaging, and ensure pricing is effectively executed across the business. You will partner closely with the Business Strategy team, which owns core pricing (unit economics, margin strategy, and discounting frameworks).
