Role Description We invite an Art Lead to join the Heaven of 7 team. In this role, you will: - Game Art Creation: Personally creating high-quality 2D art, characters, backgrounds, and game objects for slots using Adobe Photoshop. - Artistic Leadership: Defining and maintaining a consistent visual style and artistic vision across all projects. - Team Management: Leading the work of 2D artists and animators, providing feedback, and mentoring to achieve the best results. - Visual Consistency Assurance: Controlling the alignment of UI, characters, animations, and effects with the overall game concept. - UI/UX Tasks: Developing interface designs in Figma and supporting tasks to improve the user experience. - Typography Management: Styling fonts, ensuring readability, and setting up bitmap text systems, particularly for multilingual projects. - Asset Preparation: Creating and optimising game graphics that are fully ready for integration and animation. - Production Coordination: Monitoring task deadlines and balancing hands-on creative work with management responsibilities. Qualifications - Proven experience in the iGaming industry, specifically working on slot game development. - Strong hands-on experience in 2D art creation, with the ability to produce high-quality game-ready visuals independently. - Experience leading art teams, including 2D artists and animators. - Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped games or interactive projects, with both individual artwork and team-led production. - Strong ability to create high-quality 2D game art personally, maintaining consistency with the project's visual direction. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for game asset creation and production. - Strong working knowledge of Figma for UI design and collaboration. - Ability to contribute to UI/UX design tasks in a supporting capacity (secondary responsibility compared to core art production). - Strong understanding of different game art styles, with the ability to define, adapt, and maintain a consistent artistic vision across projects. - Knowledge of typography in games, including multilingual support, font styling, readability, and bitmap text systems. - Ability to ensure visual consistency across UI, characters, backgrounds, animations, and effects. - English level: Intermediate +.
