• Develop and lead Zscaler’s global executive hospitality and strategic experiences strategy to build scalable hospitality frameworks that support executive engagement, customer expansion, and new logo acquisition while aligning investments to business priorities • Lead the planning and execution of high-touch executive hospitality programs, sponsorship activations, VIP experiences, and curated customer engagements globally to elevate the brand and build peer networks • Oversee comprehensive global program management, including budgets, forecasting, contracts, vendor management, logistics, staffing, and the development of scalable operational playbooks • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to measure executive engagement, pipeline influence, relationship development, and overall ROI for senior leadership
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading executive hospitality, experiential marketing, sponsorship activations, executive engagement programs, or premium customer experiences
- Proven track record managing high-visibility executive audiences, VIP engagements, and complex global programs with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer engagement, strategic relationship building, and executive audience dynamics
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and organizational skills paired with strong operational discipline and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness and ability to travel globally in support of executive programs and strategic experiences
