• Support and team with various leaders in Innovation to achieve innovation objectives • Design and develop applications in different Blockchain platforms including but not limited to Hyperledger, Ethereum, Bitcoin • Lead blockchain initiatives as assigned and act as innovation liaison for key stakeholders • Research, design and/or develop blockchain technology including frameworks, distributed ledger protocols and consensus mechanisms. • Create innovative ways to convey complex or ambiguous information or ideas

• Define, manage, and analyze blockchain and digital asset growth opportunities • Identify business issues, opportunities, and associated information needs related to blockchain and digital assets • Translate those needs into effective solutions for clients • Research, design and develop blockchain technology for clients • Engage in external promotion of blockchain and customer presentations to develop valuable applications

• As an AI Pair- Programmer, using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor • Define software functionality through well-crafted natural language prompts to LLMs • Collaborate efficiently with product and design teams • Share best practice with the team to improve overall efficiency in using AI • Use AI tools to generate, test, and refine code • Evaluate AI-generated code for functionality, accuracy, security, and performance • Debug and troubleshoot issues • Maintain documentation of development processes • Stay informed about best practices, new tools, and emerging capabilities in LLM-driven development

• Design, build, and operate low-latency indexing/streaming services on gRPC, Kafka, and our real-time stack • Own APIs, schemas, SLOs, observability, and on-call for the systems you run • Lead multi-month initiatives (new chains, re-architecture, migrations/backfills) to improve latency, reliability, and cost • Partner across teams to define data contracts and ship SDKs/platform primitives that drive adoption
