• Own HubSpot CRM and GTM Architecture - Serve as the primary administrator and strategic architect of our HubSpot CRM suite and integrated GTM tools (Clay, Fathom, Seamless.ai, etc.), building robust integrations and scalable workflows that eliminate manual processes and ensure seamless data flow across our revenue engine. • Drive Revenue Operations and Analytics - Develop comprehensive dashboards, reports, and attribution models that deliver real-time insights into pipeline health and team performance. Use these tools to support territory planning, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize quota modeling by systematically analyzing data and leveraging the latest HubSpot capabilities. • Lead Process Automation and Cross-Functional Enablement - Identify system inefficiencies and design automated solutions that boost GTM team productivity. Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other cross-functional leaders on system optimization and strategic technology decisions. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all workflows, configurations, and processes to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and scalable growth.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM administration experience with advanced automation, custom objects, reporting, and API integrations in a growth-stage SaaS environment.
- Highly proficient in HubSpot workflow automation, SQL querying, data analysis, and modern GTM tools, with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve integration or workflow issues. Brings a structured approach to technology implementation, proactively identifying system weaknesses and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Strategic systems thinker with a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, strong cross-functional communication skills, and a track record of driving measurable business impact through process optimization.
