Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in medical devices or healthcare
- Proven ability to succeed in a dynamic and changing market
- Strong team orientation and experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic thinking combined with a structured and independent work style
- Experience in the strategic use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to actively drive business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English across multiple decision-making levels.

In your first 90 days, you'll complete product and process onboarding, co-sell two to three deals with a senior AE, and build your first territory plan.
