Inside Sales Representative
Flexcon
• Generate sales and grow revenue by reaching out to existing and potential customers • Conduct research on prospects and respond to inbound inquiries • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and nurturing relationships • Collaborate interdepartmentally and engage with customers via phone, email, and video • Forecast and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ERP systems • Meet and exceed target KPIs and close new sales opportunities. • Provide customer service support and coverage as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant business experience
- 2-5 years of experience interfacing directly with customers and internal resources to achieve goals
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in converter/printing, manufacturing, or raw material markets
- General relevant product/industry knowledge
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Self-starter, motivated to drive sales and own the inside sales process.
- Strong collaboration skills with other departments- marketing, customer service, technical service, and outside sales.
- Committed to learning Flexcon’s products and customers' markets and business needs.
