Role Description Southern New Hampshire University is seeking two student employees to work with our partner organization - Mokse Educational Services. The Navigators Network Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration among community partners dedicated to supporting formerly incarcerated individuals as they reintegrate into society. This position involves coordinating efforts across various states to create a robust network of resources, services, and support systems aimed at assisting individuals transitioning from prison to community life. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a deep understanding of the challenges faced by formerly incarcerated individuals, and a passion for social justice, civic education, and community development. Job Responsibilities - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, government agencies, higher educational institutions, and local businesses, to develop a comprehensive networking program that is centered on civic education and the intersection of business, government, and society. - Oversee and coordinate the quarterly Navigators Network Newsletter. - Facilitate monthly meetings to ensure all partners are aligned in their efforts and to share best practices and resources. - Meet regularly with their supervisor to discuss projects on an ongoing basis. - Maintain and update the membership database. - Attend monthly team meetings and provide updates on projects. Qualifications - Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program. - Work study part of financial aid package. - Students with work study may be prioritized. - Strong communication and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team setting. - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams. - Students with experience with incarceration and the criminal justice system are strongly encouraged to apply. Role Description The GP Sentinel Network Co-Ordinator is a College appointment, reporting to the Medical Director and charged with managing all aspects of the College arm of the project. - Maintenance, communication, education and support of the 100 sentinel sites - Performance monitoring and quality improvement initiatives - Recruitment of new sites when vacancies arise - Liaison with all other relevant parties including the Irish College of GPs, HPSC, NVRL, Healthlink and accredited software vendors - Ensuring the weekly data report is sent to the HPSC on time every week - Ensuring that sites are appropriately coding and swabbing relevant cases - Monitoring of returns/swabbing to validate payments due to GPs - Managing specific projects as they arise – e.g. denominator - Direct line management of administrative support staff Qualifications - Be a GP practice principal - A fully qualified GP with MICGP, current member of the College in good standing - Be registered with the Irish Medical Council of Ireland on the Specialist Division for General Practice - Be enrolled on and in compliance with the Irish College of GPs Professional Competence Scheme - Must currently hold a part-time clinical appointment in general practice in Ireland, equivalent to at least four sessions per week - Have an interest in computerisation and IT in general, including a working knowledge of digital medical records, disease coding, proficient use of Excel and an interest in learning about creating, using and querying databases - Current participation in the Sentinel GP Network is desirable but not essential - Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Requirements - You must continue to meet the criteria of holding a part-time clinical appointment if appointed - You must have held such an appointment within the past two years Company Description The Irish College of GPs is an equal opportunities employer. The position plays a key role in reducing geographical barriers, strengthening capability, and enabling world-class research outcomes across Australia.
