Responsibilities - Manage and organize communication channels, including emails and phone calls. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. - Assist with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and project documentation. - Maintain and update project databases and record-keeping systems. - Conduct research on real estate market trends and project opportunities. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are achieved. - Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining inventory of office supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of office management and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
