Boeing Engineering Ukraine is seeking for Staff Analyst to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. This position provides operational and administrative support of BEC-Ukraine employees' lifecycle process-management and leading of their engagement within the company' initiatives/activities, ensuring timely, accurate execution and documentation. Primary Responsibilities: - Employee lifetime processes support. Responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role changes and offboarding, ensuring smooth delivery of required access, equipment and related employees' support - Support Employee Engagement (EE) activities. Owns planning and coordination of EE initiatives and events, including procurement and inventory management for gifts and promotional items, support for internal and partner activities - Operational support and reporting. Operational support for budget and resource planning, maintains accurate records, and contributes to centralized reporting, forecasts and risk updates Basic Qualifications: - Authorization to work in Ukraine - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative / events (or other activity) organization role - English - upper-intermediate - Strong communication and time-management skills - Able to work collaboratively with a multi-functional team, work flexible hours to meet the business needs - High learning agility and ability to work with multitasking Preferred Qualifications - Experience coordinating events and procurement is an advantage At Boeing we care deeply about the wellbeing of every employee.
