Role Description We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Integration Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. In this role you will own the integration lifecycle, including: - API design - Flow development - Deployment - Observability - Ongoing optimization The ideal candidate will combine deep hands-on MuleSoft experience with strong API-led connectivity practices, and will partner with enterprise architects, application teams, and integration partners to deliver reliable, secure, and reusable integration assets. You will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions. You will also be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Five or more years of integration experience with strong focus on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Strong hands-on experience with Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, and Mule runtime. - Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and RAML/OAS API design. - Hands-on experience with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or Hybrid deployment. - Experience with API security standards (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT) and Anypoint API Manager. - Working knowledge of CI/CD for MuleSoft. - Familiarity with event-driven integration using Anypoint MQ or Kafka. - Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. - Experience integrating with major SaaS platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow). Requirements - Design and develop integration flows in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, including DataWeave transformations, error handling, and reusable connectors. - Apply API-led connectivity (System, Process, Experience APIs) to deliver reusable, composable integration assets. - Design and publish well-documented APIs using API Designer and the Anypoint Exchange. - Configure and manage runtimes (CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, Hybrid) appropriate to workload requirements. - Implement strong API security using OAuth2, mTLS, JWT, and Anypoint API Manager policies. - Build event-driven integrations using Anypoint MQ, Salesforce Platform Events, or Kafka. - Optimize integration performance, including pooling, caching, parallel processing, and message size management. - Build CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications using Maven, Anypoint CLI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. - Migrate legacy integrations from other middleware (Oracle SOA, BizTalk) to MuleSoft. - Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting using Anypoint Monitoring and external observability tools. - Maintain comprehensive, current technical documentation — including architecture diagrams, design decisions, configuration references, runbooks, and operational procedures. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal integration patterns and standards. - Collaborate closely with security, enterprise architecture, and application development teams, gathering requirements, aligning on technical approach, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet both functional needs and broader engineering and operational standards. • Design and develop integrations between Windchill and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud) using Info*Engine, web services, and middleware platforms • Build CAD integrations for Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, and NX with Windchill, including check-in/check-out workflows and metadata mapping • Develop integrations between Windchill and MES, MOM, and quality systems • Build REST and SOAP services for Windchill data using OData, Info*Engine, or custom Java services • Implement message-based and event-driven integrations using middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, SAP CPI) • Design and operate robust error-handling, alerting, and resubmission patterns • Profile and optimize performance of high-volume integrations • Lead migration efforts to retire legacy point-to-point integrations • Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and CAD functional teams • Develop integration documentation, message specifications, and runbooks • Provide hands-on post-go-live and hypercare support • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers

• Design and develop Boomi integration processes, including connectors, data maps, decisions, branches, and exception handling. • Apply Boomi’s low-code patterns alongside custom scripting (Groovy, JavaScript) for complex transformations. • Build connectors and use the Boomi Connector SDK where required. • Configure and manage Atom and Molecule runtimes appropriate to workload needs. • Design and operate API management strategies using Boomi API Management. • Implement secure authentication patterns including OAuth2, mTLS, and certificate-based authentication. • Build event-driven and pub/sub patterns using Boomi Flow, Event Streams, and external messaging platforms. • Develop CI/CD pipelines for Boomi processes using Boomi’s deployment APIs, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. • Lead migration efforts to retire legacy integrations from other middleware platforms to Boomi, planning phased cutovers, building backward-compatibility shims where needed, and ensuring each migration step is reversible and well-monitored. • Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards, applying disciplined engineering practices and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure outcomes are durable, well-documented, and aligned with broader team and platform standards. • Profile and optimize performance of high-volume Boomi integrations, applying systematic measurement, targeted improvements, and data-driven validation to deliver quantifiable gains in throughput, latency, or resource efficiency. • Maintain comprehensive, current technical documentation — including architecture diagrams, design decisions, configuration references, runbooks, and operational procedures — so that the system remains supportable, auditable, and easy to onboard new engineers onto over time. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal integration patterns and standards.

• Design and develop Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and PECI • Build inbound and outbound integrations connecting Workday with payroll, benefits, IT provisioning, finance, and analytics systems • Develop XSLT transformations within Workday Studio integrations • Implement integrations using Workday REST and SOAP web services • Design error handling, retry, and notification strategies • Develop and maintain integration system users, ISSGs, security configurations, and tenant-level setup for integrations • Build and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and report-as-a-service integrations • Implement Workday business processes and condition rules • Participate actively in Workday tenant refresh planning and integration regression testing • Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, and finance stakeholders to translate business needs into integration designs • Maintain comprehensive, current technical documentation. • Support production incidents related to integrations and drive durable fixes • Participate in Workday release planning and regression testing. • Stay current with Workday product releases and integration platform evolution.
