Director, Solutions Engineer – Security Technical Enablement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years as a technical sales/solutions engineer enablement leader or as a principal security architect
  • 2+ years as a sales/solutions engineer or sales engineering leader
  • Experience leading high-performance SE teams and SE Technical enablement organizations
  • Experience with Cybersecurity solutions including Hybrid Mesh Firewall (HMF), Universal Zero Trust Network Access (UZTNA), and Security Operations technologies
  • Experience in a cybersecurity organization/company and/or an enterprise SaaS company
  • Experience building, designing, launching, and scaling comprehensive enablement programs
  • Experience with multiple enablement delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing a comprehensive suite of enablement tools and platforms
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
