Role Description We are adding a Sales Enablement Associate to our Team who will work Mountain or Pacific time zone business hours, regardless of your physical location within the United States. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills are essential, along with the ability to support onboarding, training, sales communications, and enablement initiatives effectively. The Sales Enablement Associate role provides operational, administrative, and training support to the Sales Enablement team and broader sales team. This position assists with onboarding coordination, training initiatives, sales communications, enablement materials, and ongoing learning programs designed to support sales effectiveness and organizational consistency. - Assist with the coordination and execution of sales onboarding and continuous learning programs - Support scheduling, logistics, and communication for training sessions, workshops, webinars, and sales meetings - Create, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, job aides, sales resources, and internal communications - Coordinate onboarding activities for new sales associates, including training schedules and learning materials - Maintain and organize sales enablement content libraries, shared resources, and training documentation - Assist with communicating sales updates, process changes, and product information across the sales organization - Support CRM adoption initiatives by assisting with training coordination and user support - Track training participation, completion, and engagement metrics - Assist with preparation and distribution of recurring sales communications and enablement updates - Partner with internal departments including Sales, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Training to support enablement initiatives and project execution - Provide administrative and project coordination support for sales enablement initiatives and events - Assist with maintaining consistency and accuracy across sales playbooks, process documentation, and training resources - Support special projects and additional sales enablement initiatives as assigned Qualifications - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and follow-through - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams - Ability to learn CRM systems, training platforms, and sales support tools - Self-motivated with a positive and proactive approach Requirements - High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred - 3–5 years of experience in sales support, training coordination, sales enablement, operations support, learning & development, or related business support roles - Mortgage industry experience preferred - Experience supporting onboarding, training programs, or internal communications preferred - Familiarity with CRM systems, learning management systems, or sales support tools preferred - Experience creating presentations, training materials, or process documentation preferred Benefits - Comprehensive Health Benefits: We offer competitive health, dental, and vision plans, as well as life and disability insurances.
