Seasonal Social Media Content Creator Intern

• Create short‑form social media content (photos and videos) using in‑store product to showcase styling, features, and brand moments • Capture content in and around the retail store that highlights new arrivals, seasonal stories, promotions, and store experience • Support content creation for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other brand‑approved social channels • Stay current on social media trends, formats, and best practices to ensure content feels relevant and engaging • Partner with store leadership to align content with key product focuses, promotions, and traffic‑driving moments • Assist with light editing of photos and videos using mobile tools and apps • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards • Drive engagement across retail content to elevate impression and reach • Represent the brand positively and professionally in all content creation activities • Create and publish 5+ social content pieces per week (photo and video) using in‑store product • Capture authentic in‑store content highlighting new arrivals, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and store experience • Edit and post content for approved local/market social channels using brand‑approved tools • Monitor content performance and identify high‑engagement trends and opportunities • Partner with store leadership to align content with key product focuses and traffic‑driving moments • Educate and collaborate with store teams to support consistent, on‑brand retail storytelling • Be the social HUB for retail store teams for best practice and ways to drive performing content

Job Requirements

  • Passion for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
  • Comfort being on camera and/or directing others in content creation
  • Preferably prior experience with social content amplification
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and trends (especially short-form video)
  • Creative eye for styling, composition, and storytelling
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with store leadership
  • Reliable availability for 20–30 hours per week throughout the seasonal period
  • Prior experience creating social content (personal or professional) preferred
  • Retail, fashion, lifestyle, or brand experience is a plus
  • Ability to climb and descend stairs and ladders carrying merchandise daily
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance daily
  • Must be 18 years old or older

Remote Candidates will be required to work EST or CST time zones** What we are looking for: The Manager, Digital Media will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across major digital advertising platforms, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic, as applicable to client needs. This role oversees the day-to-day performance of client accounts, contributes to paid media strategy, and manages a small team of direct reports. This a hands-on platform role that also includes client management and team management. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with growing leadership experience who can manage campaigns independently, support junior team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to drive performance. What you will be doing: - Develop/contribute to and implement paid media strategies across multiple platforms - Build and manage complex campaigns, including dynamic ads and other scalable media structures aligned to longer consideration cycles and multi-touch journeys - Set up and manage testing methodologies to optimize new campaign structures, bid strategies, creatives, and other elements before scaling. - Oversee the media budget allocation and ensure efficient use of spend to maximize campaign effectiveness. - Report regularly on campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and recommendations for improvement. - Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns for ROI, engagement, and other key KPIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to align media efforts with overall marketing strategies. - Advise clients on best practices, strategies, and emerging trends in paid search and digital advertising. - Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 paid search specialists, ensuring continuous development and improvement. - Prioritize and manage team efforts and resources to exceed client deliverables. - Project manage complex campaign tasks and ensure timely delivery. - Build and standardize processes for campaign execution, optimization, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency. - Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid search and digital advertising.
