Role Description En Grupo EMAX buscamos un/a editor/a de vídeo con experiencia en herramientas de edición y uso de inteligencia artificial para la creación de contenidos audiovisuales orientados a comunicación corporativa, redes sociales y campañas digitales. - Edición de vídeos en formato 2D y 3D. - Creación de animaciones y efectos visuales. - Uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial para optimizar procesos de edición, generación de contenidos y postproducción. - Adaptación de piezas audiovisuales a distintos formatos y plataformas. - Mejora de calidad visual, narrativa y ritmo del contenido. - Trabajo coordinado con el equipo de marketing. Qualifications - Experiencia comprobable en edición de vídeo 2D y 3D. - Manejo de herramientas de IA aplicadas a la edición audiovisual. - Conocimientos en software de edición profesional. - Creatividad, criterio visual y atención al detalle. - Capacidad para trabajar por objetivos y cumplir plazos. What you'll be responsible for: In this role, you'll act as the primary builder for Marketing's AI transformation by designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that reshape how marketing work gets done. You will partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities and reimagine workflows, with a core focus on translating those insights into working systems-building automations, integrating tools, and shipping scalable AI solutions. This is a highly hands-on, technical role where you will spend the majority of your time building and deploying systems. What you'll work on: - Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows that fundamentally improve how marketing work is executed - Reimagine and redesign existing marketing processes using AI to increase speed, quality, and scalability - Write and maintain code (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to integrate AI models, APIs, and internal marketing systems - Develop scalable solutions leveraging tools like Codex, Claude, and n8n - Prototype and iterate on generative AI use cases (prompt engineering, chaining, evaluation, and optimization) - Own end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, from concept through production, including testing, deployment, and monitoring - Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into technical solutions What you'll bring to Circle: Core Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, GTM systems, business systems, or similar technical roles, with hands-on experience building and scaling operational systems - Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI-powered solutions using models such as OpenAI (GPT, Codex), Anthropic (Claude), or similar - Strong coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, with experience building production systems - Hands-on experience integrating APIs and building automation workflows across multiple systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and connecting data across tools - Ability to rethink and redesign workflows, not just optimize existing processes - Ability to independently scope, build, and deliver technical solutions in ambiguous environments Preferred Requirements: - Experience working with emerging AI agents and systems (e.g., Claude Code, Codex agents, Cowork-style tools) to automate multi-step workflows - Familiarity with prompt systems, evaluation frameworks, and multi-step AI workflows - Strong product or systems thinking with a focus on how tools change the way teams operate Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core.
