• Leading end-to-end product design projects, from exploration to final polish • Collaborating with Heads of Design and Marketing on product priorities • Creating compelling visuals that resonate with developers • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Expressing ideas through high-fidelity mockups in Figma • Combining design passion with business acumen and strong relationships

• Coordinate all engineering activities for multiple concurrent projects to ensure design deliverables are developed in accordance with all project requirements. • Develop design-phase execution plans, monitor progress and address deviations to minimize impacts. • Ensure seamless integration of all design components, including civil, structural, electrical, SCADA and high voltage disciplines. • Own client interface for all technical issues throughout the design phase, ensuring timely resolution of RFIs, comments and potential change events. • Facilitate vigorous design reviews by all stakeholders, ensuring all design aspects are thoroughly vetted, deficiencies are corrected and comments are timely addressed. • Track and drive implementation of value engineering opportunities. • Monitor internal engineering hours relative to design progress and facilitate corrective action as necessary. • Interface with AHJs to ensure complete and timely permit submittals. • Provide leadership to and mentor junior team members. • Support 3 rd party consultant contracting efforts and build trusted partnerships.

• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, iterating based on feedback. • Design and define interactive experiences that align with user goals, business objectives, and technical constraints. • Conduct comprehensive user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors, informing design decisions with evidence. • Create seamless experiences for digital products, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility of content. • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle, emphasizing the importance of a user-centric approach. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, including advancements in AI-assisted design, actively seeking opportunities to enhance design processes and methodologies. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including senior project managers, product owners, business analysts, and developers, ensuring alignment between design objectives and project goals. • Use AI powered design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate ideation, content generation, and design exploration. • Apply vibe coding techniques to rapidly build functional prototypes and proof of concept interfaces using AI-assisted code generation, enabling faster validation of design concepts with real interactions. • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools into the UX workflow, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in research synthesis, design iteration, and handoff processes. • Apply healthcare and health insurance domain knowledge to design experiences that account for regulatory requirements, accessibility standards, and the needs of diverse user populations, including consumers, brokers, and assisters.

• Convert complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes. • Plan and conduct user research, market analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions and advocate for the user. • Drive design system consistency by contributing reusable components and maintaining documentation for seamless developer hand-offs. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product strategy. • Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and emerging UX trends to continuously improve the user experience.
