• Participar en pruebas técnicas, despliegues y mantenimiento evolutivo de las aplicaciones, trabajando de manera colaborativa con equipos de QA, arquitectura y operaciones para garantizar la estabilidad y continuidad de los servicios tecnológicos. • Analizar requerimientos funcionales y técnicos para implementar soluciones escalables, realizando optimización de consultas SQL, modelamiento de datos y atención de incidencias en ambientes de desarrollo y producción. • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones y servicios backend en Java para sistemas transaccionales, asegurando integraciones eficientes con bases de datos Oracle y/o SQL Server, bajo estándares de calidad, rendimiento y seguridad.
Job Requirements
- Ser profesional en Ingeniería de sistemas o disciplinas relacionadas.
- Contar con experiencia superior a 3 años como Desarrollador/a Java.
- Dominar en un nivel intermedio alto Java, manejo de bases de datos (Oracle y/o SQL Server).
- Tener la capacidad de adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y enfoques innovadores para maximizar su impacto.

Role Description As a Team Lead at Rent the Runway, you will be responsible for leading a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be motivating and managing a team of ~15 highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Associates, providing coaching and mentorship to exceed our service level goals. You will also be an expert on our internal systems, processes, and technology and actively assist associates to ensure timely resolution and consistency for customers. You should be comfortable on the frontlines with customers (phone, email, live chat) as well as working with leadership to escalate and resolve issues.
