Role Description Quest Software is seeking a Senior Specialist, Global HR Operations to support and evolve our global HR Operations model. This role is based in the United States and operates with a global mindset, partnering across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role focused on operational excellence, process consistency, and scalable HR service delivery. We are looking for someone who can operate beyond regional boundaries, bringing a thoughtful and enterprise-wide approach to HR Operations. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and global HR Operations colleagues to support employee lifecycle processes, improve operational consistency, and help drive more integrated ways of working across regions. This role is ideal for a strong HR Operations professional who enjoys solving operational challenges, improving processes, and influencing positive change within a global environment. Responsibilities What You’ll Do - Global HR Operations & Service Delivery - Support HR Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leaves of absence, organizational changes, and compliance activities. - Deliver high-quality operational support while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a strong employee experience. - Serve as a key point of contact for complex employee and manager inquiries requiring thoughtful resolution and operational judgment. - Partner across regions to promote globally aligned approaches and reduce siloed or inconsistent ways of working. - Process Improvement & Operational Excellence - Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization across HR Operations workflows. - Help drive scalable and sustainable operational practices that improve consistency and service delivery globally. - Support process documentation, knowledge management, and operational governance efforts. - Contribute to automation and workflow improvement initiatives in partnership with HRIS and other cross-functional teams. - Systems, Data & Compliance - Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams to support data integrity and effective system workflows. - Support audits, reporting, and compliance activities with a strong attention to detail and operational accuracy. - Assist in maintaining operational controls and ensuring employee data is processed consistently and compliantly. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with HR Business Partners and global HR Operations colleagues to support business priorities and operational alignment. - Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Talent teams to support accurate and compliant employee administration. - Participate in global projects and initiatives that support the continued evolution of the HR Operations function. - Continuous Improvement - Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and work with leadership to implement improvements. - Promote a “one HR Operations team” mindset, helping to reduce siloed approaches and increase global consistency. - Contribute to scaling the HR Operations model as the organization grows. Qualifications - 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or related HR operational roles. - Strong understanding of employee lifecycle operations and HR process administration. - Experience working in a global environment with cross-regional collaboration. - Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment without direct authority. - Strong operational and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and consistency. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing regional needs with global standards. - Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with HR systems such as Dayforce preferred.
