Sales Team Lead – Commercial Manager

• Lead, coach, train and support your team composed of sales representatives in France and Belgium as well as ultrasound applications engineers. • Drive revenue and margin growth for the imaging product range in line with defined targets. • Provide regular support and close follow-up (frequent travel within the territory). • Act as the link between commercial management and field teams, report market feedback and propose actions to increase market share. • Foster a positive, engaging dynamic to motivate teams daily and enhance the company’s image with veterinary clients. • Analyze performance indicators and sales forecasts, ensure regular reporting and promote proper CRM usage (visit reports, customer data updates). • Collaborate with Key Accounts teams on large-scale projects. • Actively participate in organizing and executing trade shows, conferences and training sessions (Antech Academy).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in commercial management or a veterinary degree with solid experience in selling capital equipment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in selling medical diagnostic systems (ideally veterinary), with proven initial experience in team management.
- Experience managing technical teams or applications engineers is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical imaging; expertise in diagnostic ultrasound is highly valued.
- Excellent commercial skills, customer and results orientation, with proven negotiation ability.
- Natural leadership, ability to unite and develop team skills.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy and team spirit.
- Fluent written and spoken English required; knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
- Good command of IT tools (Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
