Role Description Broadpin WE Academy is our internal training program designed for recent graduates who want to start their career in IT. It focuses on developing new talent through structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience in JD Edwards (ERP). You will begin with a 1-month training period and receive a full-time permanent (indefinite) contract from day one. No prior professional experience is required — we are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow. Throughout the program, you will gain the technical and professional skills needed to start your career as a Functional Consultant, while being supported in a collaborative, international, and fast-paced environment. During the training, you will learn how to use JD Edwards, understand business processes, and work with ERP systems. Role Description Our client in the UK is looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Consultant to help build and develop their Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) capability. Working closely with senior leadership, you take end-to-end ownership of the AMC test plan. - Define which audiences to prioritise. - Build them within AMC. - Activate them across SP and/or DSP. - Lead testing, analysis and recommendations. Initially, this will be a 3–6 month contract/consultancy engagement, with flexibility depending on impact and future requirements. Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC). - Strong understanding of Amazon PPC and/or Amazon DSP. - Experience building, activating and analysing audiences within AMC. - Experience running and evaluating AMC-led tests across SP and/or DSP campaigns. - Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting complex datasets and identifying actionable insights. - Commercial mindset with the ability to connect data to performance outcomes. - Comfortable explaining technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working with e-commerce brands or Amazon-focused agencies preferred.
