Role Description Structurer et accélérer la croissance organique (SEO + contenus). - Renforcer la capacité d’AGLO à capter des intentions “haut de funnel” et “bas de funnel”. - Améliorer la conversion des pages clés (landing pages, pages produits, pages features, cas d’usage). - Maintenir et faire évoluer le site WordPress avec un niveau de qualité éditoriale et visuelle élevé. Qualifications - SEO : stratégie, audit, priorisation. - GEO / SEO adapté aux moteurs conversationnels. - Contenu qui convertit (copywriting + content marketing). - WordPress / Web full-stack (exécution et maintenance). - Sensibilité graphique / rendu “beau”. Requirements - Audit SEO complet : technique, sémantique, contenu, maillage, performance, indexation. - Construction d’une roadmap priorisée (quick wins + chantiers structurants). - Suivi de la performance : positions, trafic, pages d’entrée, conversions, leads. - Recommandations actionnables et itérations continues. - Optimisation des contenus pour les usages actuels (requêtes conversationnelles, intention, réponses structurées, reddit). - Structuration des pages pour favoriser compréhension, réassurance, et clarté (FAQ, synthèses, blocs, hiérarchie). - Mise en place de bonnes pratiques de contenu “prouvable” (preuves, exemples, cas, chiffres, démonstration). - Création/optimisation de pages à enjeu : landing pages, pages produit, pages fonctionnalités, cas d’usage. - Production de contenus SEO : articles, guides, pages “comparatif”, glossaire/FAQ. - Travail continu sur la conversion : angles, structure, clarté, CTA, preuve, wording, friction. - Interventions directes dans WordPress : pages, sections, templates simples, intégrations, corrections. - Optimisation Core Web Vitals / performance (médias, scripts, cache, bonnes pratiques). - Gestion SEO technique au quotidien : redirections, canonical, sitemap, erreurs, hygiène d’indexation. - Capacité à “mettre les mains dedans” pour livrer vite (front + ajustements back si nécessaire). - Soigner la mise en page : hiérarchie, composition, cohérence visuelle, lisibilité. - Proposer des améliorations simples mais efficaces (iconographie, visuels, sections, présentation). - Produire/structurer un contenu à la fois efficace et agréable à parcourir.
