Role Description In this role, you'll be an integral part of our team's mission of helping immigrants secure their future in the United States through asylum. You'll work collaboratively across our firm to ensure clients receive the highest quality support throughout their journey to safety. Your specific responsibilities will align with your expertise and our current operational needs, but all roles share our commitment to excellence, compassion, and results. As the Content Manager, you are the engine behind our content system. Our model is built around a content hub: the Founder creates long-form video scripts, and your job is to turn those scripts into every other piece of content our audience sees — across platforms, in both English and Spanish. Your focus is execution: creating, optimizing, scheduling, and publishing content with precision and consistency. You will not be planning content strategy, managing community engagement, or running email marketing. This role is open to candidates located in Argentina. What You'll Do - Transform approved scripts and video content into derivative assets including text posts, images, carousels, stories (including simple video stories), and other formats for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. - Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to research topics, generate content ideas, and adapt scripts into derivative content formats in both English and Spanish. - Generate content briefs from scripts using PAL's dedicated Claude Project, and contribute to brief creation and script proposals in collaboration with the Creative Director and Sales & Marketing Director. - Write captions, copy, and calls to action for all content — both video content produced by contractors and static assets you create — ensuring all copy is on-brand and aligned with the firm's messaging framework and CTA strategy. - Publish content natively on each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), understanding that each network has its own publishing tools, features, and best practices that scheduling tools don't fully replicate. - Ensure content is tailored to each platform's format, dimensions, and audience behavior — not simply cross-posted. - Present the scheduled content plan to the Creative Director for review and approval before publishing. - Coordinate with video contractors to ensure finished assets are received on time and integrated into the publishing schedule. - Apply SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices to static content, captions, descriptions, and blog posts to support organic discovery and AI citation positioning. - Manage content workflows in Asana, ensuring tasks are tracked, deadlines are met, and the production pipeline runs smoothly. Qualifications - Fluency in Spanish and English. - 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media content management, or a similar role. - Strong writing and editing skills — able to produce clean, compelling copy in both languages. - Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for content research and creation. - Proficiency with visual content tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or VistaCreate. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube — including hands-on experience with each platform's native publishing tools and features. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a content calendar and meet consistent deadlines. - Comfortable working in a project management tool (Asana preferred). Requirements - Experience working in content-driven brands or media-style marketing teams. - Familiarity with SEO/AEO principles and keyword research tools. - Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, Adobe Premiere, or Captions AI (for light asset creation, not full video production). - Experience with AI visual generation tools such as Ideogram or Midjourney. - Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms such as Loomly, Hootsuite, Later, or similar. Benefits - This position offers a monthly salary range of USD 1,800 – 2,200, commensurate with experience and qualifications. - 11 U.S. federal holidays off (paid) regardless of your location. - Week between Christmas and New Year's — office closed, fully paid. - Local holiday work that doesn't coincide with a U.S. holiday is compensated per your country's labor laws. - Three weeks of paid vacation annually. - Comprehensive training program — we invest in bringing you up to speed on our systems, content processes, and best practices. - Mentorship and collaboration — learn from experienced team members and contribute your expertise. - Career advancement paths — we promote from within and create opportunities. - Work from anywhere — this position is open to candidates based in Argentina. - Equipment support — stipend or provided equipment to set up your home office, available after 4 months on the job. How to Apply To apply, please submit a resume and a cover letter, both of which must be in English. Your application won't be considered without a cover letter. Your cover letter should explain why you're uniquely qualified for this particular position, and why you would be a great fit for our law firm. Generic, copy/paste cover letters will be discarded. Upload your cover letter and resume, in PDF format, through the software program where you're viewing this announcement. Please do not call or email us about this opening.

Role Description You love GenAI and care about content? Read on. Akdo uses AI to build safety, sustainability, and compliance trainings for some of the world's largest companies. Our platform writes scripts, generates video, and produces multimedia automatically — but it can't do everything yet. That's where you come in. What you'll do - Handle what the AI can't: Complex visuals, sensitive topics, tricky compliance, the moments that need taste — you take those trainings and content the last mile with Lena (CLO) and Alice. - Make the system smarter: When you fix something the AI got wrong, help us figure out why and bake it back in. Test new features for Jonas (CTO), apply customer feedback, and help us automate the parts you keep doing by hand. - Support sales: Build demos for Max (CEO) and join client workshops to learn what big companies actually need. Qualifications - You use AI tools daily and care about where the tech is going. - You've written, scripted, edited, or produced something — and can show us. - You have a good eye and good taste. - You catch what others miss. - Excellent English; German is a plus. - Available full-time for 4–6 months. - A background in communications, media, journalism, psychology, design, film, or anything where craft matters is a plus — but we care more about curiosity than credentials. Requirements - Even if you don't check every box, what matters most is your excitement about the role 🤗. Benefits - Real ownership at a fast-growing pre-seed startup already serving the world's largest enterprises. - Direct mentorship from Lena (experienced editor and CLO) and a founding team from decacorns and YC — btw, we have LinkedIn! Check out Max, Jonas & Lena. - Competitive pay, fully remote in Germany with regular team gatherings. - Strong performance can lead to a full-time offer. - Remote Working in Germany: We embrace a fully-remote work culture with regular gatherings. - Before applying, please consider whether you love working from home in Germany for a large part of your time.
