Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field and an active state teaching license in Minnesota, and/or New Jersey in CTE-Computer Science grades 6-12
- experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings
- comfortable with the unique demands of a live online classroom
- confident and engaging on camera, able to teach live for five (5) or more consecutive hours per day
- hands-on experience with online learning platforms, virtual instruction tools, and standard productivity software
- data-informed: able to read student performance data and use it to adjust live instruction
- excellent communication skills, in writing and verbally
- highly organized and self-directed, with time management skills to manage a full student caseload
- committed to your own professional growth, maintaining certification and staying current on K-12 curriculum, technology, and best practices
