• Provide visionary leadership to a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Partnership with District Manager on Capacity/Scheduling strategies. • Execute objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate career development for team members. • Promote a positive work environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. • Implement workforce optimization strategies including- Scheduling and Resource Allocation to meet business goals, across the zone. • Ensure routing of right technician, to the right job, for most efficient and productive route. • Collaborate with District Managers to align field operations with staffing requirements and demand fluctuations. • Monitor and analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Maintain Visibility into performance of district KPI’s such as D.O.W, Opti-Fit, Replacement Volume, Job Completion and Technician Turnover. • Oversee the planning and allocation of resources, including equipment, facilities, and personnel, to meet operational demands. • Develop and maintain a capacity planning framework that aligns with organizational objectives. • Collaborate with Director of Workforce/Capacity Leadership, District Managers and Operations Team to develop short-term workforce and capacity management strategies aligned with growth objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years Proven experience in workforce and capacity management.
- 1-3 years Leadership experience.
- Knowledge of customer service and administrative protocols.
- Ability to provide world-class customer service.
- Ability to lead within a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
- Proven experience developing high performing teams that deliver extraordinary results.

As a member of the PMG team, this role is responsible for the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of educational programs and professional development initiatives that support the client organization’s mission and strategic objectives. The Education Manager oversees educational content and programming for conferences, webinars, online learning, and publications, ensuring offerings remain relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards and member needs. This role works closely with volunteer leadership, committees, speakers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality educational experiences for coaching professionals. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to: Educational Program Development: - Design, implement and manage educational programs, including deadlines, tracking measurements, live in-person conferences, virtual webinars, and online courses, covering diverse topics pertinent to coaching professionals. - Ensure that educational content remains current, relevant, and reflective of industry standards and regulations. - Maintain a tracking and reporting system that documents and tracks the plan of work each year. - Manage the education resource library and ensure system is maximized for member use. - Manage CE filings for webinars and education. - Committee and Board Liaison: - Serve as the primary liaison to selected committees, providing guidance, attending meetings, preparing minutes, and managing logistics. - Facilitate communication between committees and the organization's leadership to align educational initiatives with strategic objectives. - Responsible for communicating effectively with the Association Manager and Board regarding educational content and providing, in a timely and accurate manner, all information necessary for the board to function properly and to make informed decisions. - Collaborate with committee on developing all educational programming.
