• Compreender as necessidades do negócio e dos usuários finais de cada cliente; • Analisar e avaliar as opções de tecnologia disponíveis; • Desenvolver e documentar arquiteturas de soluções; • Trabalhar com equipes de desenvolvimento para implementar soluções; • Garantir que as soluções atendam aos requisitos de segurança, escalabilidade e desempenho; • Fornecer orientação técnica para equipes de desenvolvimento e outras partes interessadas; • Identificar e resolver problemas técnicos e de integração; • Manter as ferramentas utilizadas pelo time de desenvolvimento; • Atuar em estreita colaboração com a gestão para alinhamento estratégico, tático e operacional da área de Serviços no que diz respeito às questões tecnológicas; • Responsável por projetar, desenvolver e manter a infraestrutura que suporta os processos de engenharia de software; • Responsável por apoiar tecnicamente a elaboração de propostas de pré vendas; • Realizar entrevistas técnicas, quando necessário.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais (Mysql, Oracle e sqlserver);
  • Vivência de Javascript moderno (typescript/angular/react);
  • Conhecimento de Html e css;
  • Noções de UX/UI;
  • Proficiência com controle de versão (de preferência git);
  • Experiência com Tomcat/Jboss;
  • Experiência conhecimento de Lumis Framework;
  • Experiência com CI/CD (Jenkins);
  • Ser referência de boas práticas de desenvolvimento (Clean code, S.O.L.I.D);
  • Ser referência de utilização de Design Patterns;
  • Experiência em definição de escopo de entregas;
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum e/ou Kanban);
  • Conhecimento em DevSecOps;
  • Arquitetura e design de software: é responsável por liderar o processo de arquitetura e design de software, especialmente em projetos mais complexos;
  • Projetar arquiteturas resilientes e escaláveis com integração de IA, alinhando estratégia, tecnologia e segurança em todas as etapas, da idealização à implementação;
  • Atuar junto aos squads de delivery na criação de soluções voltadas com a utilização da IA;
  • Capacidade de resolução de problemas;
  • Liderança, capacidade tática e operacional;

Role Description Lead architecture decisions across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure for a multi-tenant SaaS product. Balance configurability with maintainability. - Build admin-managed configuration for fee models, reporting periods, escalation rules, and integrations. Ensure no code changes are required per tenant. - Design and maintain RBAC across distinct user populations with separate permission matrices per portal. - Develop fee calculation engines supporting percentage, flat, capped, and tiered models. Deliver audit-ready exports at penny-level precision. - Implement payment lifecycle tracking, cash reconciliation, and exception handling against external payment systems. - Integrate payment processors, procurement ERPs, CRM systems, and notification services into a cohesive platform.
