Financial Analyst

• Partner with leadership to perform monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning. • Provide support in financial aspects including headcount planning, reporting, cost control, and analysis. • Track and analyze spend across payroll, contractors, infrastructure, software, T&E and all other non-payroll expenses. • Prepare monthly variance analysis and reporting for leadership and executive stakeholders, understanding the key drivers behind the variances. • Collaborate with various departments (Accounting, Procurement, IT, Marketing, etc.) to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with overall company goals.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
  • Experience with Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar ERP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with non-finance partners
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to set clearly defined objectives, establish priorities, plan activities, and manage time effectively.
