• Conduct human threat engagements including social engineering, phishing, vishing, physical assessments, and human risk evaluations. • Prepare, review, and approve Human Threat reports to meet quality requirements. • Manage priorities and tasks to achieve delivery utilization targets. • Advise clients on all testing and assessment activities in a timely and professional manner. • Ensure client deliverables and services are delivered on time. • Continuous professional development in maintaining industry specific certifications and staying current on emerging human threat tactics and trends. • Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and escalate to sales. • Collaborate with project managers, quality management, sales, and other delivery team members to drive customer satisfaction and meet project deliverables. • Mentor junior consultants in social engineering tradecraft, client communications, reporting, and engagement execution. • Contribute to the development and refinement of Human Threat methodologies, tooling, playbooks, and service offerings. • Contribute to thought leadership through research, blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and conference presentations on human threat, and related security topics. • Support the development of the Human Threat practice through original research, service innovation, and externally facing industry content. • Represent the Coalfire at industry events, client briefings, and conferences as a subject matter expert. • Contribute to other offensive security engagements, as needed, based on business demand, skillset alignment, and delivery priorities when not assigned to Human Threat assessments. • Perform other responsibilities as needed in support of client delivery, practice development, and team success.

• Act as a brand ambassador, building Castillians’ Employer Brand image with the specific goal of positioning Castillians as the Employer of Choice in Tech. • Support the execution of the Castillians brand strategy as required. • Engage with clients and candidates in an ethical and professional manner to ensure long-term business relationships for Castillians. • Meticulously update Castillians’ CRM platform, ensuring all interactions with clients and candidates are duly recorded for quick retrieval and consistent continuation by peers. • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for required and deployed talent by building, developing, and maintaining specified verticals of talent. • Source Castillians’ certified talent globally, or as defined by management from time to time. • Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs as defined by leadership. • Perform any other roles assigned by the company from time to time.

• Review medical records as assigned for complete and accurate documentation of all relevant diagnoses and procedures • Providing ad-hoc support to Customer leadership regarding current CDI processes and practice not limited to attending customer meetings and sharing insights via CDI metrics • Identify missed documentation opportunities within medical records as previously reviewed or not reviewed by other Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist • Evaluate queries from a compliance perspective to determine if there are any areas of risk, using ACDIS/AHIMA Practice Brief as the standard • Assess adherence to Customer specific CDI processes/procedures • Adhere to guidelines as set forth by ACDIS, AAPC, and AHIMA • Demonstrate understanding of the business of healthcare: MS and APR DRG payer issues, audit risks, documentation opportunities, POA, quality metrics, hierarchical condition categories, and various risk adjustment methodologies • Work closely with the Customer, co-workers, and management to meet the specific needs of each assignment in alignment with core values • Effectively utilize computer software based on the specific Customer requirements • Provide constructive feedback to other CDI Auditors • Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA
