• Managing design stakeholders & coaching clients or your team to help them exercise Design Thinking, Lean UX & Lean principles, and Human Centred Design. • Designing and facilitating workshops and design sprints • Conducting user research and user testing • Consulting a product owner with backlog prioritisation • Prototyping at various levels of fidelity - from paper to hi-fi click-throughs • Auditing existing user experience

• Lead end-to-end UX design – from research and synthesis through concept, prototyping and validation • Define product strategy for client engagements, grounded in user research and business context • Apply Product Thinking and outcome-oriented methods (JTBD, hypothesis-driven design, success metrics) • Set and enforce quality standards for design deliverables across project teams • Interact directly with client stakeholders at management level • Act as evangelist for best design practices inside the company • Lead design project teams (3–5 people) and mentor junior and senior designers • Support presales activities for existing accounts and new business – contribute design artefacts, concepts and effort estimates for pitches and proposals • Actively use AI tools and workflows in day-to-day design work – from research synthesis and ideation to prototyping • Understand AI interaction patterns (automation vs. augmentation) and apply them in product design decisions • Actively advocate for AI adoption in client projects – identify opportunities where AI creates value and push for integration • Act as AI influencer within the team – share learnings, introduce new tools and workflows, and raise AI literacy among colleagues • Contribute to thought leadership through internal talks, blog posts or community participation

• Work on UI/UX initiatives across all Magic Eden product lines, working closely with the Product, Engineering, and Business teams to build user experiences that achieve business and user goals • Build and maintain a design system that allows for scalable product feature sets across Magic Eden products • Create detailed user flows, wireframes, etc., communicating UX clearly to relevant teams and the rationale for decisions that were made • Prototype user experiences and run tests with end users • Quickly iterate and offer versions based on feedback from internal stakeholders and end users • QA developed software for visual accuracy, and provide detailed feedback to engineering towards revisions until product launch
