• Inbound calls of restaurants to help them solve their ordering and delivery challenges and provide effective solutions • Identify opportunities for account growth, including cross‑selling capabilities and driving additional revenue when relevant • Call newly registered restaurants that have shown interest in a high daily volume. Follow a structured cadence (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to qualify, convince, and onboard them within 10 days • Handle written communication channels, including reviewing and registering claims. • Communicate with all related stakeholders across the company to ensure smooth resolution and information flow

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach experience. Experience in high-volume call environments preferred
  • You speak Lithuanian, English and Polish on C1 level
  • Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable with multi-attempt outbound cadences and target-driven work
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (Salesforce or HubSpot or Zendesk)
  • Results-driven, organized, and able to manage many leads/accounts simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of restaurant industry needs is a plus
