• Lead fund accounting and LP reporting, drive corporate and tax compliance, manage treasury and insurance. • Partner closely with the investment team on capital formation, spin-outs, cap table mechanics, follow-on financings, and equity issuance. • Oversee a small finance and accounting team including our bookkeeper, our accountant, and external partners. • Be the firm's senior financial voice with LPs, ventures, and outside counsel. • Own the insurance program. • Manage external lawyers, tax accountants, and advisors on deadlines and quality. • Maintain portfolio cap tables and model rounds, option pools, and secondaries. • Drive venture compliance and governance, including incorporations.

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments • Assist with payroll coordination and financial documentation • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes • Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and financial policies • Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation • Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements • Identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities • Support budgeting and forecasting activities • Create financial dashboards and management reports • Assist leadership with financial planning and decision-making • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable business insights • Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed

• Provide Commercial Project and Branch financial oversight • Collaborate and train project managers and field leadership to ensure accurate job costing and project budgets • Analyze job cost reports and provide variance analysis to improve profitability • Partner with operations to develop and track budgets and provide analytical insights during financial close • Support Working Capital Management and participate in special projects

• Act as the ‘tip of the spear’ for AI, retail, pharmacy, and market intelligence • Work with cross-functional teams to assess opportunities and build robust business cases • Shape and codify the product strategy through corporate planning • Lead the evaluation and piloting of next-generation products and services • Conceptualize initiatives that leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) • Collaborate with Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness business partners • Grow to collaborate with Enterprise Strategy teams
