Job Description

Financial Analyst

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments • Assist with payroll coordination and financial documentation • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes • Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and financial policies • Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation • Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements • Identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities • Support budgeting and forecasting activities • Create financial dashboards and management reports • Assist leadership with financial planning and decision-making • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable business insights • Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
